Yes. Every account is ordinary cPanel hosting on a LiteSpeed server with PHP and MySQL, which is what WordPress and most other website software expects. If your site already lives somewhere else it can move here, and we would rather look at it first and tell you what the move involves than have you find out afterwards. What does not run here is worth saying too: these are shared accounts without shell access, so anything that needs SSH, Node.js or Python is the wrong fit, and we will tell you that plainly rather than sell you a plan that cannot host it.

Your own cPanel account at login.mobuhost.com/cpanel, where you manage files, email and everything else, and webmail at login.mobuhost.com/mail. Both are the same address for every customer here, so they are worth bookmarking rather than hunting for later. Your site runs over HTTPS with a certificate that renews itself. If we registered the domain it is pointed at the site and renews annually, we tell you before it does, and you are never charged without being told first; it is your domain, and if you ever move it we send the transfer code without argument. Mail apps usually need only your address and password, and if yours asks for servers it is mail.yourdomain, IMAP on 993 and SMTP on 465. One detail worth knowing in advance: your password always arrives in a different message from the login link, because one intercepted email should not be enough.

We reply. There is no sales team and no ticket queue, so the answer comes from the person who will actually set the account up, and it is usually a question or two about what the site needs. Once you know which plan fits, and whether you want a domain from us, we quote the domain separately and register nothing until you say yes. Then the account is made by hand, which is why nothing here promises an account that appears on its own, and you get the addresses for the control panel and webmail. Your password arrives in a different message from the login link, on purpose: one intercepted email should not be enough to open your account.

Not yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out at the worst moment. There is no automatic backup of this account that we can restore from today. Please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and the control panel makes that easy: under Backup you can download a full copy of your site and email to your own computer, which is worth the two minutes once in a while and before any big change. We are working on a proper off-site backup, and this answer changes the day it exists.

No. We could print a number, but we cannot measure it yet, and a guarantee nobody measures is decoration. What we can tell you is where the servers are and who runs them, and that we will not hide an outage from you.

The part that is ours to get right is in place. Every domain here is set up with SPF and DKIM, the two records that tell a receiving mail server your message really came from you rather than from somebody forging your address. Without them ordinary business mail gets treated as suspect, and cheap hosting leaves them off more often than you would like. What you should know anyway: outbound mail leaves through a relay shared with the other sites on this server, so the sending reputation is shared too, and someone else's compromised mailbox can in principle affect yours. We would rather tell you that than let you find it out. If your mail ever matters more than shared reputation can carry, the answer is a dedicated sending service, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.

No. This site loads no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts of any kind, so it sets no cookies and there is nothing here to consent to. Even the typeface is served from our own server rather than from Google, because fetching it elsewhere would hand your IP address to a company you did not choose to visit. Two things are kept in your browser, both settings rather than identifiers: which language you picked, and whether you have dismissed the small bar offering you the other one. Neither is sent anywhere, and clearing your browsing data removes both.

No. Every site gets its own isolated cPanel account, and cPanel is the industry standard, so a full copy of your site and email is yours to export and take to another host whenever you want. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for.

As a consumer buying at a distance you have 14 days to withdraw under Swedish law. If you ask us to start straight away, that right ends once the service has been fully provided. Buying as a business, that right does not exist: the fourteen days are a consumer protection and companies are not covered by it. What a company gets is what everyone here gets, which is the ability to cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the period already paid for. Domain registrations are the exception either way: once a domain is registered the fee is gone, because the registry has already taken it.

Both. Tell us about your business and we build a real, finished site on a private preview link. You only pay when you like it and want to go live, and the domain, hosting and email are set up for you.

It is quoted per project, because a one-page site for a plumber and a ten-page site with a booking form are not the same job and pretending they are is how people end up with a bill they did not expect. So we look at what you actually need and agree a fixed number with you before any work starts. What we will not do is take a deposit and discover the price later.

Yes, we register it for you as part of setting the site up. We do not publish a price list, because what a domain costs depends entirely on the ending: a .com and a .se are different products from different registries. So we check what you want, quote you the real price, and register nothing until you say yes. Two things worth knowing up front: a .se needs an identity, passport or VAT number from you, because the Swedish registry requires it of every holder and we cannot register one without it; and once a domain is registered the fee is gone, because the registry has already taken it, so that part is never refundable.
