1. Who is responsible
Suasor AB, organisation number 556987-9348, registered address Klippergatan 14, 1104, 211 75 Malmö, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data we process about you as a mobuhost customer or website visitor.

2. Two different roles
This matters, so it is stated up front.
For your account data (your name, your invoices, your contact details) we are the controller. This policy describes what we do with it.
For the data inside your hosting account (your website's contact form submissions, your customers' details, your mailbox contents) we are a processor acting for you. You decide what goes in there and why. We do not use it, do not mine it, and only access it when you ask us to or when we must to keep the server safe or comply with the law. If you need a written data processing agreement, ask and we will provide one.
3. What we collect and why

We do not run advertising trackers, and mobuhost.com does not currently use analytics or non-essential cookies. If that changes, this policy changes with it and you will be asked for consent first.
4. Who else processes your data
These are our sub-processors. Each is here because the service could not be delivered without it.

Two of these are not in use yet. No domain has been registered through Netim and no payment has been taken through Stripe, because neither account is connected today. They are listed because they are the providers we will use, and a sub-processor list is worth more published before it is needed than corrected afterwards. This page changes on the day either one starts processing anything.
On international transfers, plainly: your website and email data is stored on servers in Germany, inside the EU. However, AccuWeb Hosting is a United States company and its staff can technically access the infrastructure, so a transfer to a third country cannot be ruled out. The same applies to Stripe's US operations. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We would rather tell you this than let "EU datacenter" imply something it does not.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and contact data: while you are a customer, then up to 12 months.
- Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
- Server and access logs: normally a short rolling window, longer if needed for an ongoing abuse or security investigation.
- Website and mailbox contents: until you delete them, or until the account is closed and the deletion period in the Terms has passed. Once deleted they are gone, and see the backup warning in the Terms.
- Support email: while it is useful for context, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time.
Write to info@mobuhost.com and we will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, because handing account data to the wrong person would itself be a breach.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
7. Security
Accounts are isolated from each other at the cPanel account level. Traffic to websites and webmail is encrypted with TLS certificates that renew automatically. Administrative access is limited to the people who need it.
We will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data, and notify the supervisory authority where the law requires it.
8. Changes
We will update this policy when what we do changes. The current version is always published at mobuhost.com, and material changes will be notified by email.
