About mobuhost
Who we are, who actually runs the servers, and what we will not do.
Den här sidan finns än så länge bara på engelska. Fråga oss gärna på svenska via info@mobuhost.com.
Who we are
mobuhost is a small hosting service from Suasor AB, a Swedish company based in Malmö. We host websites and email for small businesses, and we can build the website too.
We are not a big company, and we do not pretend to be. There is no sales team, no call centre and no chatbot. When you write to us, the person who answers is the person who sets up your hosting.
Who runs the servers
Plenty of small hosts are resellers and never say so. We are one, and we would rather you knew.
The physical servers are run by AccuWeb Hosting in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. We rent capacity from them, set up and look after every customer's account ourselves, and answer every support email ourselves. Your files and mail stay in the EU. AccuWeb is a United States company, and our privacy policy explains what that means for your data.
What we will not do
- No introductory prices. The price you see is the price you renew at. No first-year discount that doubles later.
- No promises we cannot measure. We do not print an uptime percentage or a support response time we have not proven.
- No lock-in. Every site gets its own standard cPanel account, and a domain we register for you is yours. If you leave, you take everything with you.
- No tracking. This website loads no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, so there are no cookies to accept.
- No hiding the weak spots. If something is missing, such as automatic backups today, we say so on the site rather than in small print.
