Email on your own domain

you@yourbusiness.se instead of a free address. Included with every hosting plan, not sold as an extra.

What you get

• Mailboxes on your domain, created by you in the control panel whenever you need one. How many depends on the plan.
• Webmail at login.mobuhost.com/mail, the same address for every customer.
• Any mail app: Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail on your phone, Thunderbird. IMAP keeps every device showing the same inbox. Settings are on the help page.
• SPF and DKIM set up for you, the records that prove to other mail servers your messages really come from you. Without them business mail is far more likely to land in spam.
• No adverts and no reading. Your mail is not scanned to sell you anything, and it is stored on servers in Frankfurt, inside the EU.

What you should know

Outgoing mail leaves through a relay shared with the other sites on the same server, so the sending reputation is shared too. In practice that is fine for ordinary business mail. If you send large newsletters, or your mail is critical enough that shared reputation is a risk, a dedicated sending service is the right tool, and we will tell you so rather than sell you something that cannot carry it.

Mail shares your plan's storage with your website. If an inbox grows large, archive old mail to your computer, or ask us whether a bigger plan makes sense.

We do not offer a separate email-only product, a shared calendar or an AI writing assistant. If you need those, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace on your own domain does the job, and we can point your domain at them.
