What runs, what we do for you, and what stays your job. In that order, because the last part is where hosting usually surprises people.

Will WordPress run here?
Yes. Every account is ordinary cPanel hosting on a LiteSpeed web server with PHP and MySQL, on servers in Frankfurt. That is exactly what WordPress, WooCommerce and almost every plugin expect. Each site gets its own isolated account, so a neighbour's broken plugin is not your problem.
What does not fit: these are shared accounts without shell access, so if your setup needs SSH, Node.js or Python, we are the wrong host and we will tell you so before you pay anything.
What we do
- HTTPS on every site, with a certificate that renews itself.
- Email on your own domain, set up with SPF and DKIM so your contact-form mail and newsletters are less likely to land in spam.
- Moving an existing site. If your WordPress site already lives somewhere else, send us the address. We look at it first and tell you what the move involves before anything changes.
- Building it for you, if you would rather not touch WordPress at all. See website build.
What stays your job
This is regular hosting, not "managed WordPress". Some hosts sell that label with automatic updates, staging copies and daily restore points included. We do not offer those today, so here is what that means in practice:
- Updates. Keep WordPress, plugins and themes up to date from your WordPress dashboard. Out-of-date plugins are the most common way sites get broken into.
- Backups. We do not yet run automatic backups we can restore from. Download your own copy from the control panel before every big change. The help page shows how.
- Testing changes. There is no one-click staging copy. Take a backup first, then make the change.
If any of this would change for you, it changes here first. When we add a backup we can actually restore, this page and the FAQ will say so.
